As the toxicity of the fashion world didn’t align with her core values of promoting acceptance, universal love, and living in alignment with nature, she left her contract in pursuit of art. Now a full-time freelancer, she continues to work in fashion but prefers the kind, supportive essence of the fine art community. Her work has been featured in numerous exhibitions and publications – including P Magazine, Osphilia, Solstice Magazine, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Vogue. The female form is her biggest inspiration. Her message communicates vulnerability, affliction, and shadows of the human experience people seldom speak about with others. She wants viewers to see her art – the skin, hair, bones, emotions – and feel something unfamiliar and possibly uncomfortable. This way, photo after photo, the world can be free of its conditioning and revel in all inherent beauty.

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]“No other model holds me in thrall quite the way that Femina does. There is of course her extraordinary physical beauty which is such a joy to capture. But it also the way she combines a pleasing spirit of collaboration with a clear sense of personal artistry. It’s the latter I find both intriguing and challenging in its interiority, darkness and decidedly feminine mystery, a quality I value as it keeps me evolving in my own work, excited to experiment and create something new at the intersection of our visions.
For Femina her vision comes I believe from her personal history and how she has charted an independent course at a young age, full of reflection, and inquiry, and above all, that she is a woman, a beautiful woman, but propelled beyond a self-centered beauty to celebrate the beauty in all women. For me, a male photographer at the other end of life, it is trying to capture that divine essence of women that has such a hold on my gender, to lift the personal weight of beauty beyond the sexual to a transcendent power I associate with Darwinian evolution, the naturalist world, and exultance of being. With Femina I feel these visions are consonant. If you are looking for sexy, Femina is not your model. But if you are looking for heart-stopping visions of beauty with soul that will touch the Feminine Divine, she is.“ – Randall Hobbet
“Femina is more than just a model. She’s a talented muse, a creative partner, and a true artist. She has an uncanny ability to read your mind when you provide even the slightest direction for her, and if you struggle with giving direction, she can do her thing and allow you to focus on reveling in and capturing the beauty she exudes. If you do have a specific idea in mind, she is excellent at interpreting it and helping you develop it, knowing what will look good with the female form in mind. Femina and I have been published together multiple times and literally every time we have shot we have produced images that I am extremely proud of. I have grown as an artist because of her, and I truly don’t know where my art would be without her.“ – Alan Sy
